Interview with British crime novelist, Keith Dixon. Learn how a chance encounter with a suitcase full of Elmore Leonard and Robert B. Parker novels turned an English lit major into a American noir style pulp novelist.

​Two years ago Keith Dixon moved to France. This made researching his thrillers set in the UK more challenging. However, having been an advertising copywriter, an English professor and an organizational psychologist, he realises that challenges create character, so that’s the theory he relies on when writing his novels. And something must be working – his fourth Sam Dyke Investigation, The Bleak, won the Chanticleer CLUE Award for best Private Eye/Noir novel of 2014. His latest book, Storey, is the first in a new series. The second, One Punch, will be out in a couple of months.

George Mazzeo spent thirty years as an Air Force pilot and, after retirement, seven years as a Professor of Aviation Science. His passions include reading, writing, the outdoors and all things aviation. He published his first non-fiction work, Sleeping Dogs…Ethics in the Workplace, in 2001 and it has enjoyed a successful run over the ensuing fifteen years. In June of 2016 he published his first novel, Chasing Dragons. It’s an adventure mystery centered around a missing courier and stolen treasure….specially minted gold coins known as Golden Dragons. The setting is the South Pacific in the year immediately following the end of World War II. Pilot, Duke Kellogg, his crew and fledgling airline find themselves embroiled in a series of adventures involving mystery, intrigue and deception as they fly from island to island trying to survive while Chasing Dragons.

​CeeCee James is a wife, mom of four kids and pet mom to two mini-dashchunds. She's always loved to read and always had her nose in a book-- getting her into trouble at school when she'd sneak it in her text books. 

Writing has been a life long passion. Her first works were published in middle school and she won several short story and poetry competitions throughout her life. She loves writing about love, humanity's struggles and the celebration of life. Sometimes there is beauty even in the chaos of a messy moment. For her, writing is about taking time to savor those moments.

Interview with mystery/thriller writer, Daniel Stephen Foster. Dan and I discuss everything from werewolves to Greek mythology..

Daniel is an eccentric old man who hasn’t gotten old yet. He loves learning things that are interesting and creating things that are beautiful. Writing keeps him sane, perhaps because fiction is the only thing less crazy than real life. 

Above all else, Daniel believes in facing the truth head-on, loving those you have chosen unconditionally, and continually seeking to become a better person.

He also believes in lecturing his little brother on the merits of pre-dreadnought warships, which his brother endures with saintlike patience. Additionally, Daniel allows other people to write his biographies, which might be an oversight.
