The Thrills and Mystery podcast will feature short stories that have been selected by the site administrator for promotion across multiple formats. You can find the stories by visiting this page often, or by subscribing to the RSS feed for the page to receive notification when new stories go live.

To receive all stories directly on your phone or other device directly, you can subscribe to the RSS feed for the podcast itself here. Or you can find the stories on iTunes.

If you would like to submit a story you have written, please write us at submissions@thrillsandmystery.com. We welcome all submissions from Indie or Trad published writers provided you have the proper rights to submit and your story fits in with the genres favored by thriller/mystery fans. Generally I narrate the stories in the podcast; however, you are also welcome to submit a broadcast-ready audio file of your story, but make sure the file meets the following requirements.

●Any sound effects or music is used by permission and that the permissions are noted with the appropriate disclaimers.
●Note the name of the narrator(s) or other voice talent when used.
●If stereo channels are used make sure the entire program can be heard through one channel for listeners using mono.
●If the story has appeared elsewhere in the past, please note those appearances and any alternate titles or revisions.
●Word-count - It takes about 20 minutes to read 3500 to 5000 words. If a story is too short, we may want to save it til we get a few short works we can bundle into an episode. Ideally an episode should be no longer than 30 to 45 minutes and no briefer than 20 minutes. Longer works of 10,000 to 30,000 words may be serialized. Bottom line, please query before recording either very short or very long pieces.
